Kinemastik in collaboration with St. James Cavalier Centre For Creativity & Animateka (Slovenia) is offering a 3 day workshop for children titled,
The Little Rock People
Animated film is a charming, enchanting, unique and specific art direction where film, art and musical language allows the creators to bring to life their unlimited imagination and at the same time, offers the viewers some kind of message into reflection and consideration……..the feeling of the story!
Over the 3 days the children will be creating their own animated film under the guidance of Adrian Abela (Maltese Artist/Film-maker) & the St. James Cavalier team of animators.
The aim of this workshop is to allow the children to have the opportunity to learn the basic methods and procedures of animated film and to go deeper into the learning about the audio visual contents.
At the end of the workshop, their completed animated film will be shown at the Kinemastik International Children’s Short Film Festival on Sunday 8th August at 7pm at Herbert Ganado Gardens, Floriana.
As this workshop is free of charge, bookings will be accepted on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 25 places available.
